A working knowledge of legal issues is crucial in understanding the business of sports, both amateur and professional. Policies and strategies in this dynamic and fast-evolving area are often linked with the understanding of legal principles. That is where I can help.

With years of teaching and writing experience, I provide individuals and groups with information on the latest legal developments in sports law. Often in a professional presentation format, I give audiences overviews, advice and methods to plot strategies.

Before engaging in a presentation, I speak with the sponsor and tailor the content to the wishes of the client and the proposed audience. Generally, my presentations consist of an overview of the appropriate legal standards, how those standards apply to the particular sport and best strategies to avoid legal problems -- before having to see a lawyer.

My presentations last one to two hours and I reserve time for audience questions.

Fees are negotiable, depending on location, time and the estimated number in attendance.
